The past week with people acceleration coaching class was focused on developing unique and personalized methods of action to help them execute wisely and well against their goals.
It always amazes me how many people don’t actually have a “game plan,” so to speak, in terms of creating momentum in their personal and professional lives. It’s tragic, really, since most of our best ideas fail to launch and see the light of day simply because of the lack of energy management by the individual.
All of us are innovators and inventors in some capacity – all of us have the capacity and capability to change lives. What separates those that do and those that do not is execution and what separates those that “do” and those that “do well” is a method of action. I help people and organizations develop those types of things.
This might be one of the most important parts of the process for my students to walk through since it’s one of the more technical things that can be taught. You see, I can’t teach someone to be creative but I can teach them to execute better on their creativity.
Here are a few shots of the class last week:

This is the last week for our class intensive and I’m already interviewing for the next class – if you’re interested in getting some serious alignment for you, your business, and need help developing the tools to make it happen then my instruction may be invaluable for you this year. Email me for more information.

What is up with the new gravatar?
I think for ChairCo you should make a gravatar of you sitting in a huge chair looking straight ahead, like Licoln in the Licoln memorial. And also have a Macbook air sitting in your lap.

I also think the top photograph is pretty cool with all that retro furniture and it being black and white. Gives it an interesting twist like the Twilight Zone with that Mac sitting there.
Agh!!!!
Misspelled our 16th president’s name.
*Lincoln
whoops!
