Last week saw the release of a WordPress Theme that’s been talked about as being the “nerdiest” premium WordPress Theme ever released.
It’s probably true – it’s got some features baked in that are truly for the criminally geeky, like the awesome code editor feature for showcasing snippets of code:

Such a beautiful thing.
Pretty slick, right?
It comes with a number of other features that any software developer or programmer would want. You can see a few live examples here and even here on my personal blog.
As you can see you don’t need to be a developer or software programmer to appreciate and use the simple look and feel – in fact, many people that I know could probably use this professional (and SEO optimized) look for their needs.

Developer Theme Giveaway!
As usual I’d love to sponsor Developer Theme by offering a copy of the Standard License to one lucky community member here! All you have to do is the following:
- Tweet something insanely geeky about software, WordPress, or whatever else comes to mind via Twitter linking to this post. Include @DevTheme in your tweet! Comment below with a link to the tweet!
- Don’t have Twitter? Sad! But that’s ok! Just comment below with your thoughts on the new Google+ Social Network thingamajig.
Enjoy! Remember, I truly believe that one way to become a better blogger is to learn a bit of software and code!
Winner:
I’m a bit late getting back to this contest but I didn’t forget!
The winner, thanks to Random.org, is…

ALSO
Google+ is like almost every other Google product; it looks cool, isn’t overpacked with features, and in the end will probably actually BE COOL after 10 years of “Beta” testing! I have used it obviously for but a day, and so far I do like it’s features. My circles are pretty small until they start letting me invite people in. I don’t know if it is a Facebook slayer, but I am so very thankful for an alternative to Mark Zuckerberg’s code/feature bloated web application.
Blog On!
Awesome theme!!!

Sweet! I think that Google+ could have a take-off, but it would need a lot to get people to switch from facebook…
I’m going for the totally obscure and totally inappropriate, unless you are a developer and you know what I’m talking about https://twitter.com/#!/jason_bradley/status/87169564168818689

I like the way the code blocks are styled! It’s a beautiful theme, and the code editor looks really useful!
I’m not sure about Google+ yet, but it looks interesting.
