… Not.
If you’ve been reading this blog for a while and you’re not a follower of Christ (or into that “God” thing) then let me be the first to apologize for all the Christians who have represented Christ poorly, especially during this season of Easter.
First of all, many of you may not even “get” the above sign since you don’t know who “Judas” is. Don’t worry about him or what a lot of those church signs mean.
But, don’t miss this:
I love you, and there’s a God who loves you too.
It might be hard to imagine or even understand but I believe it to be true and if you’d like to talk about it (or WordPress stuff… or anything else!) please feel free to email me: johnsaddington[at]gmail[dot]com.
And feel free to ignore people that are just haters. I don’t like them either.
Oh, and thanks for reading this blog and for allowing me to share a lot of who I am.

That sign doesn’t even make sense
John, Thanks!
When I took this photo, I thought maybe Rev Stock was just joking and has VERY dark humor… but no. Probably not.
One can probably take this message to mean a bunch of different things, from different angles/perspective…
but, as for me, I can’t think of any that come off showing Christ-likeness.
Maybe ministers can go by the adage: “When in doubt leave the sign blank”
Or stick with life-giving themes during springtime, such as, hope, forgiveness, rescue, rebirth, new life, healing, redemption, cleansing, and grace.
Why make Easter a smack down holiday, right?!
yup. doh!
Ironic that for a negative sign like that the pastor’s name is “Sunny”
isn’t it…
If they’re having problems with people leaving church services early, then they should announce it to the public. That way their church can grow, because who wouldn’t want to go to a church where even the people who go there don’t want to be there.
Win.
agreed.
Yuck Sign. Amen to your message.
Thanks, John, for speaking what a lot of us feel.
np randy.
Well played sir
