That’s a steal!
I was looking to buy the Standard theme to give it a go but I’ve found out that you only get one version of the theme, no updates. This is not right. I’m having membership with various themes and I never came across this situation.
There is a “support licence” that offers all future updates and top of the line support. it’s totally worth it.
Never heard to pay extra for theme updates. I own Thesis theme and they offered thesis 2.0 (brand new framework) to existing members without charging extra.
Your offer is quite “unique” in WordPress industry I can see.
