There are moments in our lives where we find ourselves undone – that is, we find that the worldviews and perspectives that we once held so dear are collapsing all around us.
We have to do a very difficult reset – a literal unplugging from the wall while all systems and running and abort all processes with the high chance of data loss.
Recovery isn’t guaranteed, especially in the previous state. This is both a blessing and a curse. An opportunity and a challenge. A renewing of the mind and a divorce of what was.
I believe we all have to go through periods like this – it’s not fun nor is it remotely enjoyable, but it’s necessary for our own sake and for those that we call friends and family.
Being undone is good.

How often?
not sure what you’re asking.
how often do you do a hard reset? Is it one of those things you just “know” when it needs to be done, or is your approach more systematic? I agree with your points in the points, just curious about your thoughts on frequency.
*in the post, sorry.
