Is it against the rules to enter for someone else’s project? Well, actually I’d be the one designing/developing the site, but it would be a gift for someone else– my dad. He’s in a classic rock cover band and they need a website!
My wife and sister-in-law came up with an idea to sell pre-packaged school supply lists to school children in two local parishes. Basically we would know each grade’s parsish-required school supply list, parents order, and we deliver it to the kid’s classrooms before school starts so parents don’t have to shop for school supplies. We will give a portion of sales to the school district to help them with whatever needs they have. We already have the superintendent of one parish school system on board, and I really need to get our website up and going in the next month or two so we’re ready for order time. We are very small and we’re paying everything out of pocket to get started, so I appreciate your consideration.
This is awesome! I have been blogging seriously for a little over a year now. My site is just starting to take off. The whole purpose of it is to “Amplify God’s Kingdom”.
My hosting contract will expire in a few months, and I was just praying about how to make the payment for it again. I’m about to enter college, so being able to have hosting for a year would be an amazing gift!

I’m a student from Estonia, an amateur photographer and lately just a lazy guy.
I have had the idea to create my own website for 3 years (this explains the lazy bit of me) but haven’t really gotten to it. Now I’m serious, have researched and am thinking about making it at the start of next year.
I would start my own photoblog there and use the website for a personal school project, which I have started working on.
I have tried some free hosting services, but you know, it’s not the real thing.
